The AFCJF is an organization of small and large American distributors, retailers, importers and end users of engineered wood flooring as well as lumber exporters and other U.S. companies whose jobs depend on freedom of choice and trade. That freedom and those jobs are threatened by a group of large U.S. manufacturers who are using U.S. trade remedy laws in an attempt to regain the dominance of the flooring supply chain they once had. AFCIF members have come together to oppose – with facts and straight talk – the petition filed by these large companies with the U.S. Government to impose stiff punitive tariffs on imports of flooring from China.
